This policy explains what personal information JCW Media collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

JCW Media is a creator marketing agency based in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect what you type in: your name, work email, brand, website, the platforms you're interested in, your brief, budget and timing.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and run your campaign. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to businesses that contact us, and taking steps towards a contract at your request.

We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

• Supabase and Resend store and deliver form submissions to our inbox (with FormSubmit as a backup).
• Google Workspace hosts our email.
• The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from cdnjs and unpkg. These services receive your IP address when the page loads, as with any website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we're working together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it. To do this, send us a message through the enquiry form on our homepage or on LinkedIn, and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
